Attendee Support and Donation Clause

Section 1: Pledge of Conduct

1.1

The Undersigned (hereinafter referred to as "Attendee") hereby pledges to conduct themselves with the utmost respect and kindness towards all fellow participants of the Drone RL Workshop 2024 (hereinafter referred to as the "Workshop"), recognizing the value of a positive and supportive environment for the exchange of knowledge and ideas.

Section 2: Donation Obligation

2.1

In furtherance of fostering a convivial and collaborative atmosphere during the post-Workshop festivities to be held at Tap Room (hereinafter referred to as the "Festivities"), the Attendee commits to donating a minimum of one (1) beer (or a beverage of equivalent value) to at least one other Workshop attendee (hereinafter referred to as the "Recipient"). This donation is to be understood as a gesture of goodwill and is intended to promote camaraderie among Workshop participants.

2.2

The Attendee shall select the Recipient of the aforementioned donation at their discretion, provided that the Recipient is a fellow Workshop attendee and the donation occurs during the official duration of the Festivities.

2.3

The Attendee agrees that the donation as described in Section 2.1 is made voluntarily and without any expectation of reimbursement, compensation, or any form of reciprocal contribution from the Recipient or any third party.

Section 3: General Provisions

3.1

This clause is made in good faith and is intended to enhance the Workshop experience for all participants by encouraging a spirit of generosity and fellowship.

3.2

Any disputes arising from this clause shall be resolved amicably among the parties involved, with a focus on maintaining the positive spirit in which the pledge was made.
